The use of this Website and all Websites in the PandaHR Network, “PandaHR website” or “Site”, and the terms and conditions for the services offered, is governed by the Terms of use. This is a legal document between “PandaHR”, and you. Neither MKT Co. 补偿 Compensations

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold PandaHR and its affiliates, successors, assigns and their respective officers, directors, owners, agents, information providers and licensors harmless from and against any and all claims, liability, losses, costs and expenses (including attorneys' fees) incurred by any PandaHR Party in connection with any use or alleged use of the Site under your password (if applicable) by any person, whether or not authorized by you.
